Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Pretty Foiled is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned and needs to be reshipped.
