Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales from Pretty Foiled are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We want you to love everything you receive from Pretty Foiled! If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at prettyfoiled@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue. Photos may be requested when applicable.

Please reach out as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review the issue and determine the best way to make things right.

Pretty Foiled is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
